Bloomfield operates from our private design studio just outside of Warragul, West Gippsland, Vic. Our work takes us both locally, along with the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne surrounds.

It’s simple! Just contact me to see if I am available for your special date. From there, I will send you an information guide and 'Wishlist'

This will get us started and help me to draw up a floral estimation for you.

01 – ENQUIRY - After sending through your completed enquiry form, a response email within 48hrs will be forwarded confirming if your date is available.

02 – INFORMATION GUIDE & WISHLIST – After taking a read through my guide, I’d love you to send through a ‘Wishlist’ of the design items you are hoping to include on your wedding day.

03 – INITIAL FLORAL ESTIMATION – We will outline what each area of your day might cost and can go over everything in detail and tweak the price estimate to suit your needs. A complimentary phone consult is offered at this stage if you would like to discuss in more detail your floral estimation.

04 – LOCK IT IN! – To confirm your date a 25% non-refundable deposit is made (Note – we do not hold dates, so please ensure you confirm your booking with us).

05 – 8 WEEK CHECK IN – The day is getting close, so lets organise a phone consult to chat over all your elements for your big day – This is the best bit…..think colour, pallette, florals and design aesthetics! A comprehensive mood board will be forwarded for your review.

06 – 4 WEEKS OUT – FINAL PAYMENT – 4 weeks prior to your wedding your final invoice is received and all amounts are paid in full.

07 – WEDDING DAY! – Morning of your wedding we head to you and personally deliver your bouquets (this is my favourite bit!), then we are off to your venue to create all the ‘Wow’ moments for your ceremony and reception.

The cost of each wedding varies from couple to couple, depending on many factors. With each design being bespoke and custom in design, there is no two designs the same. Costing is reflective of the differing floral components of each design proposal.

As a general guide, the average spend of our clients is between $3000 to $6000.

Our minimum elopement spend is $1500 (studio pick up or option to add Event Production Fees).

Our minimum full wedding spend is $3000 

(Set up, Labor and bump out inc.... travel within 1hr from studio inclusive and charged per km thereafter). 

For our full wedding spends of $3k and above our set up, labor and bump out are included. Travel is included within 1hr distance from studio and charged at .80 cents per km thereafter. 

For our elopement spends we offer studio pick up (applicable to certain design items only) or option for Event Production Fees to be roughly calculated during initial planning process and reassessed following your final planning meeting.  

Bloomfield sources from both my own flower farm, other local Gippsland growers and Yarra Valley wholesalers. This ensures we are able to provide our clients with not only a great selection, but the very best of seasonal blooms.

Bloomfield can provide floral design services for various events, businesses and styled shoots. This includes corporate functions, birthday parties, fundraisers, awards nights, exhibition openings etc.
